The hotel had a charming atmosphere and the staff were helpful and attentive. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel's decor was unique and quirky, adding to its charm.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay. Firstly, there was no designated lobby area, so we had to wait in the dining room for our room to be prepared.

The room at Database Room was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. The bed was extra comfortable, and the staff were always cheerful and helpful. The free WiFi in the room was great. The location of the hotel was superb, and we loved the furniture and overall Edwardian decor. The building itself was lovely, and the curtains in our room were a nice touch. We also appreciated the personalized birthday surprise for our friend, with a voucher for a free cocktail and an upgrade.
Felt quite safe, no complaints at all.

I had such a wonderful time at the Zetter Townhouse. The central location made it so convenient to explore the area of Marylebone. The charming interior design of the hotel added a special touch to my stay. Despite the cozy size of the room, I slept like a dream. The warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. I can't wait to return one day!

During Christmas, my partner and I stayed at a charming townhouse located in a prime area that allowed us to walk to all the important spots in central London, such as Soho, Mayfair, and Regents Park. The room had a beautiful four-poster bed, and the bathroom was spacious and meticulously clean. What we enjoyed the most was the cozy atmosphere created by the lit fireplace - it made us feel at home. The decor was a quirky combination of old London and Paris that added to the charm of the place.
Although we didn't have anything to complain about, some improvements could increase the hotel's appeal even more. It would have been great if the dining room and bar had candles to create a warmer ambiance.

Thanks to the accommodating staff everything was very comfortable, including a wide array of appetising food. Good service was provided here.
